If the government lets you do whatever you feel like with your body, then pay for your own child support, abortions, health insurance, and welfare, as these are expensive and a direct consequence of your choices.

You can have total freedom if the total costs are accounted for and covered, not merely hidden and passed on to society to pay for your selfish recklessness.

You can ride a motorcycle without a helmet so long as you have insurance to pay for the ambulance crew, accident cleanup, medical/burial expenses, and compensation to the many drivers you have occupied and inconvenienced as a result of your collision. You'll need coverage of around $100,000 on average.

If you want to have children, make sure you can pay for their food, clothing, and schooling, around $20,000 a year. If you're a neglectful parent, please also make payments for their future prison expenses just as good parents would for a college fund.

Take whatever drugs you want and get unlimited abortions when you can afford the medical and psychological care, and can compensate others for the damage you cause by narcissistic behavior.

You can have unlimited rights to act wildly, without sense and purpose, but only if you first accept responsibility for your actions.

Once denial of consequences is overcome, and you consider your behavior within the scope of civilization, you probably won't want to act like an individualist imagining themselves separate from society on an island of personal indulgence.
