One must still have chaos in oneself to be able to give birth to a dancing star. -Nietzsche |

Cheering for the Underdog The fit and unfit stand side by side; the underdog wishing to unseat the well constituted, needing only to breed, as the social services sufficient to sustain his brood are paid for by the fit in a long game of population replacement masquerading as civilization. They cheer for the underdog because the victory of the underdog means the overturning not only of ability and refinement, but a negation of nature's cruel judgment. Why not have the wretched and inferior triumph and spread widely, diluting or ideally revengefully wiping out the exceptional? Such a rush to return to mud huts! It wishes that greatness needs not many generations of good breeding and preparation through tremendous efforts, but merely has to show up to defeat and take the place of their superiors. Cheering for this narrative betrays a lust for mediocrity and destruction of ascending life. Prev: Vocal Fry Next: Legalize consequences [2013] [2012] [2011] [2010] [2009] [2008] [2007] [2006] |
