Not Helpful

Anita thought I was some combination of paranoid, exaggerating, or crazed radical ten years ago when I described my experience in grocery stores as a perusal of aisles where 99% of the merchandise was actively harmful.

The offerings were low quality calories, preservative laden manufactured products, frozen junk, bulk junk, sugar water, and compromised efforts that ruined what could have been perfectly good food. If you wanted something healthy and nutritional you'd find almost nothing of the sort in a grocery store.

That was a long time ago. I've since become more critical, enacting total war against carbs and sugar. My health and fitness only increase. Ruthless discrimination exclusively favors food that once lived. A simple directness seeks unprocessed vegetables and meats, the same diet my grandparents and their grandparents ate.

We are not the modern obese and must discard their methods of certain failure.
