Against Prejudices
- No moral systems and obedience to their unquestionable roots
- No political allegiances compelling defense of schemes and strategies
- No anti-natural notions of justice
- No awareness of ideologies popularized by entertainment products
- No desire for fantasy worlds and the unreal
- No escapes, evasions, or "should be" propositions
- No taboos or tolerance for attempts to silence or cut short necessary discussions
- No idealistic vision obscuring plain viewing of things as they are
- No justifications -- they are hiding places. Rarely explanations: those who
know already know, and those who don't know need to live through the
thoughts for themselves instead of accepting them second hand
- No assertions of knowledge not at hand. ("I don't know" is appropriate when true.)
- No belief in looming salvation, respite, or near-term victory, but rather
preparations for perpetual strife and total war against tenacious gremlins
unwittingly dismantling civilization and degrading life while they believe
to be improving it.
